Heaven's View Vacation Rental - Rates

Winter Nov - Feb	$365 / Night 2 Night Minimum	- $250 per night Monday through Thursday (Min. 3 day requirement)
Mid-Season March - June 21st Sept - October	$435 / Night 2 Night Minimum	- $365 per night Monday through Thursday
Summer & Holidays (June 22nd through August)	$565 / Night 5 Night Minimum July & August	- Holidays include: Memorial Day / Labor Day / Thanksgiving / Christmas / New Years (4 day minimum stay on holidays) NOTE: Day minimum restrictions DON'T apply if you select week days only or fill between currently reserved dates.
Cleaning Fee	$185 (non-refundable)
Damage Deposit	$0 (Credit Card) $400 (Check - Refunded)	Deposits returned after your stay per agreement (We've only once held funds in 4 years of renting).
Other Fees	10.5% lodging tax	Not a lot we can do about this one. (9.5% Lincoln City Room Tax & 1% Oregon State Room Tax)

Payments: We require $500 down winters/spring and $1000 down summers to hold a booking, balance is due 30-days prior to arrival (60 days summer and holidays). We accept payment to NWcoast.com LLC via personal or company checks, money orders or credit cards (VISA / MasterCard only). Booking this property is on a first come first serve basis. Reservation deposit or payment is necessary to hold your reservation.

Note: Prices and specials are subject to change without prior notice unless previously booked. This is a brand new home and is a NO pet, NO smoking allowed home.

Cancellations: If we can successfully rebook the property, your funds will be returned minus a $150 rebooking fee or the difference in rental price.
