Payments: We require 1 night's deposit to hold a
booking (2 nights deposit for summer and holidays), balance is due 30-days
prior to arrival (60 days summer and holidays). We accept payment to NWcoast.com LLC
via personal or company
checks, money orders or credit cards (VISA / MasterCard only).
Note: Prices and specials are subject to change without
prior notice unless previously booked. This is a brand new
home and is a NO pet, NO smoking allowed home. We
love children (as we have one on the way), but we do not allow
parties with more than 4 children between 1 and 11 years of age.
Cancellations: If
we can successfully rebook the property, your funds will be returned
minus a $150 rebooking fee or the difference in rental price.
